With Europe being under heavy snow this winter, the NL-based makers of Hippo CMS (news, site) seemed to have many cold days to concentrate on the next release as opposed to spending their time ice skating on Amsterdam’s canals. Here’s what’s new in the recently released Hippo CMS
Sitecore (news, site) unleashed the latest version of its CMS, version 6.2. Among the new features are RSS feeds, MS Outlook integration for workflow notifications, Web forms and some asset upload functionality using WebDAV.
While many of these features may sound so yesterday in the world of web content management, Sitecore users will probably welcome them. Better late than never, as they say.
